They always come up. Shit that happens at the last minute that you just have to deal with. this time happens to be a throttle lock. For the non-motorcycle people, a throttle lock is essentially cruise control. Mine is stuck. I guess it has been for a while, since I haven't tried to use it in a couple months. Fortunately it's stuck in the "off" position.
I wish I had it, since I have a lot of interstate ahead of me. But it is what it is.
I had a great time hanging out with Beata and Kate. Maybe had a few more drinks than I should have. I figure I'll get a late start tomorrow. If so, I'll take a more direct route up to the Catskills. I feel like Margaretville, NY should be my base for the weekend. And this is why hotel reservations are bad. If I had made them this morning, they would have been in Scranton. As it looks now, I'll never hit Scranton.
